07/31/2001 i have a lot of work to do in the week ahead. the only bad thing is it wont get me paid quick enough. i seem to always have that problem. money comes in, but it goes right out with the bills. i will get it under control.... self-discipline....that is all.... 07/29/2001 i like to kill things... actually just insects...i spent a few hours in the backyard, occasionally meandering to the front yard, killing wasps with this foamy poison that kills on the spot...if you can hit 'em! this can shoots a stream about 20 feet long...so i could aim it right from the lawn chair....some are quick others are not...unlucky.... it was actually pretty rewarding...i am not sure why...well i gotta run and go sharpen my knives = ) ... 07/25/2001 went to the Social Distortion on the 6th down in ventura.... great show... i dig that band and can even strum a few bass lines [not that difficult really]. i am glad i was able to see social d, too bad the guitarist died last year... but the sound is still there! i must see them again. from what people were saying after the show this wasn't one of SD's best performances, 'they seemed tired and out of it'... i can agree with that... but hearing that makes me want to see them again to judge for myself, they will rock it...no regrets from me... great show nonetheless. let it be me... 07/22/2001 so i bought a house...i recommend that to anyone...just buy a house...see what happens! ha! right...it was pretty stressful...has to get a loan, show them this, that, how did you get this money? why isn't it in the bank?....crazy...it was down to the wire, too...close of escrow was on july 6. that morning i received a call stating i wasn't going to get the house due to the insurance being too low...stupid stuff...are you kidding? well, that all passed and it's mine...(well, technically i am paying for it to be mine, i guess the bank owns it really, right?) 07/19/2001 i had a little bit of time to change the face of my site here on the web. i think the last date on one of the pages was 1999 and i think it was to update some small text....which means...basically, that i never did anything to the site...it was tacky, very tacky, just plain ugly... it needed to be refreshed/revived, how ever you want to say it...so that is why this design is in it's place. it's nothing awesome or graphically cool, it's just there... 07/17/2001 i am trying the blog style of a journal/diary. basically just typing my thoughts and things that happen in my life [and maybe others lives].
